Welcome to Changing Total Fitness! My name is CJ, I am a Health Coach as well as a Personal Trainer with experience of nine years. My passion for fitness and becoming a Health Coach has came from overcoming my own struggles of nutrition, injury and feeling lost in the gym. I believe there is always a fitness enthusiast within ourselves that may just need a little push. That’s what I am here for! I personalize each and every single training and diet program to help you reach your desired goal.
Fad Diets and Social Media exercise workouts can be a waste of your time and overwhelming to say the least. Everyone is different, therefore you will need a customized program to help you reach and maintain your fitness goals.
Consistency plays a huge role when you are trying to accomplish any goal. To achieve results you MUST be consistent with your nutrition and workouts. There are no short-cuts or ways around it but holding yourself accountable with the help of my coaching along the way, you will even start seeing results within a couple of weeks.
Whether you are new to working out or a seasoned athlete, my goal is to help you build confidence and live a healthier lifestyle the correct way.

The 8 week Program
Based on your calorie needs you will be provided:
- A meal plan with multiple options for substitutions
- You will have access to a variety of healthy recipes for the entire program
- To stay on track, you will be required to take a picture of each meal, NO CHEATING!!
Based on your body type and current fitness goals you will be provided:
- A complete custom exercise plan that will give you incredible results
- You will be able to choose from a variety of workout environments
- There will be a how-to tutorial, for every exercise for a in-home or gym setting.
- You will be instructed to get the correct weights, that will be adjustable for your preference and workout ability
- Supplements that will improve workouts will be recommended based on your goals and body physique
- You will be provided recipes for homemade protein bars and shakes
- You will be taught how to properly use protein supplements that will insure progress
